What to Expect at Your First Visit with Tennessee Orthodontic Studios
First visit was wonderful. My 16 year old daughter was nervous. The staff and Dr. made her feel at ease. Very professional atmosphere with the “we care” feeling. My daughter doesn’t like to smile because of her teeth. While talking I noticed that her anxiety went away and she actually smiled alot. Thank you guys for caring!
I love Dr. Eberting and his staff my daughter Brooklyn loves going here she has been seen here for about 8 months and starting next month my son will be as well. We drive 45 minutes to go to this office. They have always been very nice and professional and we have never waited more than 40 minutes to be seen actually we are called back most of the times within 25 minutes today ì think it was only like 10 minutes that we waited… I will always recommend eberting orthodontics to everyone I know needing orthodontic braces.
GREAT OFFICE & STAFF…. I spoke with Calista , a treatment coordinator , I think, not sure completely sure . But she WAS fantastic…..Even though Mr. Eberting office was not able to bring my daughter in as patient, Calista went out of her way to help and also coordinate finding an office that would take my daughter, I would greatly and highly recommended them . She did not have to help and go out of her way to do this and she helped me and made sure we got my daughter got the treatment she needed… I would HIGHLY recommended them.
Dr. Eberting and his staff are wonderful to work with. We went in for an early evaluation of 8 year olds teeth and jaw. We were seen in a timely manner, Dr. Eberting spent plenty of time with us talking through options, but did not pressure us to get started
His expertise in the field of orthodontics is obvious. He cares about his patients’ well-being. I highly recommend his practice.
Called to make my daughter an appointment and was seen the very next day. As soon as we got there and signed in, we were immediately called back. No waiting! Even when we got to the room there were no waiting. They immediately took care of her. The staff and Dr. Eberting was very professional and very friendly. Listened and answer any all questions we had. They made both of us feel very comfortable. The place was really nice and very clean. Highly recommend this Orthodontist!

This was our first visit, Nurse Liz was wonderful and professional. The Dr. came and talked is through the next steps and process. He was so kind and very patient with our nerves. He answered ALL our questions and concerns. The staff was very nice. They do rotate often and we are so glad to be welcomed by this group of members. Thank you, we hope to be back soon
First visit today. The entire experience was pleasant from the time we walked in until we left. The reception ladies were fantastic and the Dr. was quick and informative. Spent maybe an hours time total. For them to be super busy, this was the fastest dental appointment we have ever had!
Dr. Eberting and his staff provided excellent service for my daughter. They developed a comprehensive plan to accomplish the corrective action for her bite and long term dental health. We were always served promptly when arriving for our appointment, never were we kept waiting!!! Overall great experience.
