This was our first visit, Nurse Liz was wonderful and professional. The Dr. came and talked is through the next steps and process. He was so kind and very patient with our nerves. He answered ALL our questions and concerns. The staff was very nice. They do rotate often and we are so glad to be welcomed by this group of members. Thank you, we hope to be back soon.
First visit was good. Then returned for the braces… My son was a little nervous tried talking out of it. But after he got in the chair and was with Shawna he relaxed and the visit was smooth. He did not squirm from pain at all and she talked through every step and answered any questions we had. I was surprised how well it went. I’m so happy he’s going here and feel he’s in good hands with people who are going to take care of him.
First visit today. The entire experience was pleasant from the time we walked in until we left. The reception ladies were fantastic and the Dr. was quick and informative. Spent maybe an hours time total. For them to be super busy, this was the fastest dental appointment we have ever had!
Dr. Eberting and his staff provided excellent service for my daughter. They developed a comprehensive plan to accomplish the corrective action for her bite and long term dental health. We were always served promptly when arriving for our appointment, never were we kept waiting!!! Overall great experience.
All the staff are so sweet and caring. The orthodontist he is the best. He took his time to explain in detail of the care for the braces. He is the first time I have met someone who goes beyond his hours at work. If any problems arises I can call anytime for his help. He’s great.
Dr. Eberting and his staff are wonderful to work with. We went in for an early evaluation of 8 year olds teeth and jaw. We were seen in a timely manner, Dr. Eberting spent plenty of time with us talking through options, but did not pressure us to get started. His expertise in the field of orthodontics is obvious. He cares about his patients’ well-being. I highly recommend his practice.
I love taking my kids to eberting orthodontics! We never wait long once we get there and sign in my daughter has been going to eberting for about 6 months and now my son with be also… only complaint is its a 40 minute drive from where we live and that is the only office of his that except our insurance other than that its a wonderful friendly place… for orthodontic care I would always choose eberting orthodontics

Called to make my daughter an appointment and was seen the very next day. As soon as we got there and signed in, we were immediately called back. No waiting! Even when we got to the room there were no waiting. They immediately took care of her. The staff and Dr. Eberting was very professional and very friendly. Listened and answer any all questions we had. They made both of us feel very comfortable. The place was really nice and very clean. Highly recommend this Orthodontist!
